Jackie “O” Henderson has given an insight into how she managed to drop 12kg in three months.
The 48-year-old mum-of-one said she regularly skipped breakfast as part of an intermittent fasting routine and had dialled right down on the carbohydrates.

Henderson also admitted that, to satiate her hunger between meals, she snacked on pre-cut slivers of steak.
“I cook steak and slice it, and then I’ll just have a little sliver of steak,” she said on the Kyle and Jackie O Show on Thursday.
For lunch, she will often have Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage, while dinner is a protein such as chicken or red meat with vegetables.
To drink during the day, she enjoys smoothies and Frappuccinos from Starbucks.
Co-host Kyle Sandilands was shocked by Henderson’s diet.
“A dog would eat more!” he exclaimed.
Henderson is an ambasssador for the weight loss program WW, formerly known as WeightWatchers.
Speaking to Woman’s Day in February, she said that before her latest health kick she would often indulge in fast food, including pizza, sausage rolls and microwave meals.
“I was eating a lot of food that I could get in a hurry. You know, pizza and sandwiches and just takeaway, I wasn’t cooking myself,” she said.
“‘And I think it’s always best when you know what you’re putting into your body.
“I just got really lazy.”
Henderson said she would usually “take the easy option” in terms of work food.
“I’d stop into a service station, I’d pick up a sausage roll, or grab one of those microwave meals.”
She took a three-month break in late 2022 after explaining that she had “no energy” at the time and was still recovering from COVID.
She said that, after taking that time away from the show, she could focus on what she was putting in her body.
During her time away, the mother-of-one said she became involved in tennis, running on a treadmill, and aqua aerobics to stay active.
The radio star made her return in January refreshed and ready for 2023.
During her break she undertook her second WW program.
“They are probably thinking, f****** hell, she is the worst ambassador ever,” she said in reference to re-gaining the weight from her first program.
“I did it and then I stopped doing and I did it again.
“Your heart has to be in it.
“My heart was in it in the beginning and then I did lose weight and then I put it back on.”
