The Weekly Outlook

Congratulations to our Regionals Team for placing 13th at the South Regional!  There was a lot of great competition on the floor and our team was able to put everything out there and come away with a strong showing. So much to be proud of and excited for! The Team consisted of Laura Lochmann, Elisa Schauer, Antonio Pesterlo, and Robert Wagner with alternates Jenna Zwaanstra and Matt Slaughter. The highlight of the weekend was definitely their 3rd place finish in event 3 which launched them from 22nd to 11th in one fell swoop. It still holds as the second fastest time across all 3 regions that have competed so far.

24 Hours of Fitness for the Wounded Warrior Project

May 26th and May 27th: 1pm Saturday until 1pm Sunday

24 HOURS OF FITNESS FOR THE WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT

Monday

Paused Squats *focus is working on depth and position… NOT LOAD! After some pause squats we will be going into single arm overhead walking lunges, burpees, pull-ups and thrusters!

Tuesday

A long endurance style workout with Running, Rowing, Deadlift, Box Jump Jumps!

Wednesday

Snatch Technique and Position Work! If you ever feel that getting under a the bar is difficult for you please come in today. It will help you out.

Thursday

A good long chipper with a fun little twist! This one does end with Muscle-Ups…

Friday

We have some work on Cleans and Squat Clean Thrusters and then end with a 21-15-9 of Power Cleans and Handstand Push-Ups!

Saturday

Still a normal schedule and we will be hitting up a fun partner workout with a good amount of running involved. Saturday Afternoon 24 hours of Fitness Starts!!

Sunday:

We will have Coach Elisa and Coach Laura leading a warm-up for the hours. Remember this will be on the hour, so 8am, 9am, 10am and so on until 12pm. These will be different Hero WODs each hour until the end of 24 hours of fitness!!!
